Studies on the Basic Data of Ktc:C57BL/6 Mice with Age

Abstract

|
Basic data including the change of body weight, organ weight, hematology, blood biochemistry and urine biochemistry are essential to evaluate the results of animal experiments and to raise the confidence of the results, It is known that those data change with the environmental conditions, diet and breeding system, etc. Here we present the basic: data of SPF Ktc C57BL/6 mice which were breeded in Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology. Data were collected at the age of 5, lf) and I8 week of male and female C57BL/6 mice.
Most of the data of Ktc : C57BL/6 mice was similar with that of C57BL/6 mice of other institutes of Japan.
